Manage Cloud Infrastructure: Build and oversee AWS infrastructure, ensuring robust, scalable solutions aligned with our top priorities.
Utilise Infrastructure as Code: Employ Terraform to manage infrastructure efficiently and repeatably, allowing you to own your projects and results.
Create Modular System Architecture: Develop reusable components that allow for quick but controlled engineering advancements, reflecting our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
Support High-Performance Compute: Aid our AI teams with technology for model training and machine learning, maximising the impact of our work.
Optimise Costs and Resources: Implement practices to manage budget and resources efficiently, ensuring we stay nimble and ruthlessly efficient.
Continuous Improvement: We actively enhance our systems to boost capabilities and performance, always focusing on being good humans and maintaining a collaborative culture.
Proven experience with AWS and ECS and managing containerised services.
Expertise in Terraform and scalable infrastructure development.
Proficient in Linux and strong command-line skills.
Knowledge in orchestration, compliance, and CI/CD practices.
Experience in modular system design and cost management.
Effective collaboration skills with team-oriented teams to ensure no one gets left behind.
GPU management experience for ML applications is desirable.

Our Talent team will reach out and arrange a 30-minute video call where you'll cover your experience, skills, and career motivations. You'll also get essential context about the role, the team, and how you can contribute towards our goals.
You'll meet some team members to discuss the technical task in more depth, work through some technical questions related to your expertise and cover past projects, experience and career aspirations.
If you're applying for a technical role, you may be given a short take-home task to assess your skills and approach to problem-solving. This could be a real-life business scenario to unpack, a presentation, a test or a collaboration exercise. (Please note, depending on the role, the order of rounds 2 & 3 are interchangeable)
You'll be able to meet with the Department Head for a short, informal conversation to understand your potential impact, the growth area we can support, and how aligned you are with our values and culture.
