Lead Engineer

Track24 Limited is searching for a skilled Lead Engineer to help steer the development of our groundbreaking location intelligence platform, AtlasNXT. As the Lead Engineer, you will play a vital role in guiding our engineering team, ensuring the successful execution of technical projects and driving innovation across our product suite.

AtlasNXT serves as a comprehensive safeguarding and communications SaaS platform, designed to transform the ways organisations protect, inform, and engage their teams in high-risk scenarios. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a technology-forward organisation.

In this role, you'll not only be leading engineering efforts but also collaborating closely with the CTO and other stakeholders to refine strategy and feature development. You will be responsible for the entire development life cycle, working on both our Elixir and DevOps stacks.

Requirements

• Experience leading DevOps tasks, making technical infrastructure choices, and mentoring engineers to implement DevOps solutions
• Proven experience in a leadership role within software development, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong proficiency with Elixir and BEAM languages preferably
• Experience with full-stack development
• Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies, particularly Agile
• Strong ability to mentor and support engineers while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Experience working with location-based technologies is a plus

We are based in London, and would ideally like to find engineers, who are happy, on occasion, to visit the office, however we can offer this role fully remote.
