Job Description

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive analytical support for the successful execution and optimization of key SEO initiatives, solution development, and data interpretation.

• Collaborate closely with the SEO teams to build comprehensive measurement plans.

• Define key metrics and dimensions to accurately track SEO performance and business impact.

• Design, build, regularly assess, and improve reports and dashboards that translate data into actionable insights.

• Provide training for business users on how to use reports and dashboards effectively.

• Perform ad hoc analysis to support business needs and fast decision-making.

• Collaborate with other analytics teams to establish standards and best practices for measurement plans, ensuring consistency and accuracy across projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields, with a preference for experience with web analytics and SEO.

• Proficient in Python, Excel, and SQL.

• Proven experience designing and maintaining dashboards using leading BI tools.

• Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.

• Experience in building and optimizing SEO performance dashboards and reports.

• Ability to clearly articulate concepts, solutions, and challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Business-savvy, with the ability to lead interactions with various stakeholders.

• Competent in problem framing and solution design.

• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
