Job Summary
The Manager of Talent Acquisition will develop and drive the annual recruitment strategy based on the organization’s strategic plan and revise as necessary. This leader will also develop, coach and lead Talent Acquisition staff responsible for daily full cycle recruitment functions, candidate/client experience and engagement and recruitment marketing (collegiate, community, association and social media). This is inclusive of coordinating recruitment strategy, approving all recruitment events and providing input and guidance to leadership, managers and supervisors on recruitment issues.
This TA leader will also work closely with other leaders of the HR Service team to contribute knowledge that maximizes recruitment operations for our Georgia locations. This includes actively participating in presentations to leadership, managers, supervisors, and staff to communicate talent acquisition philosophy and performance metrics--staying abreast of best practices for healthcare recruiting while performing other duties as assigned.
