At Ford, we're transforming the future of mobility, and we need passionate, creative recruiters to help us build the best team possible. As a Senior Recruiter supporting Ford of Europe, you'll be a key player in our success, attracting and securing top software and digital talent.
What you'll do:
- Source and attract top talent: You'll use innovative and traditional recruiting methods to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for our active and future roles.
- Build strong partnerships: You'll engage with and build relationships with diverse organizations to attract the best talent.
- Deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience: You'll manage the entire recruiting process, ensuring candidates feel valued and informed every step of the way.
- Partner with hiring managers: You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build a strong talent pool that meets their requirements.
- Become a Ford brand ambassador: You'll share our vision and values, attracting top talent to our organization.
You’ll Have…
- 7-10 years of proven experience: You have a track record of success in full-cycle technical recruiting, particularly in software and digital disciplines.
- Strong communication skills: You're a skilled communicator, able to build relationships, negotiate, and persuade candidates to join Ford.
- Speed and quality: You've delivered high-quality results, meeting the hiring needs of your teams while maintaining a fast-paced recruitment process.
- Exceptional organization skills: You're a master of time management, able to handle a busy workload and changing priorities.
- Data-driven and results-oriented: You use data to track progress, make informed decisions, and improve your recruiting performance.
- Creative sourcing: You're comfortable using a variety of tools and methods to find the best candidates.

Education:
While a degree is preferred, we're open to candidates with relevant experience and skills.
Additional Information:
• This is a full-time position, but we're open to discussing a job share arrangement.
• The role is based in Dunton, but our team operates a hybrid work model, with 2-3 days per week expected on-site. The team is also open to candidates working remotely.
