Position Overview

Dealfront is seeking an experienced Product Manager (User Lifecycle) to join our growing team and to lead on the development and optimisation of our User Lifecycle initiatives.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for understanding, managing, and enhancing the entire user journey, from onboarding and activation to conversion, retention and expansion.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure our users have an exceptional experience that drives long-term engagement and value.

Responsibilities

  • One the end-to-end user lifecycle, focusing on key stages such as onboarding, activation, engagement, conversion, retention, and expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise each stage of the user journey.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, user behaviours, and areas for improvement across the user lifecycle. Use these insights to drive product decisions and prioritise initiatives that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Sales teams to develop and execute user lifecycle initiatives. Ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Define and prioritise the product roadmap for user lifecycle features and enhancements. Balance long-term vision with short-term execution, ensuring the roadmap aligns with business objectives.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms to gather insights from users, customer success, and sales teams. Continuously iterate on product features based on user feedback and market needs.
  • Set KPIs for each stage of the user lifecycle and monitor the performance of initiatives. Regularly report on progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Design and implement onboarding experiences that help new users quickly realise value from the product. Ensure a seamless transition from trial to paid subscription, minimising churn during the early stages of the user journey.
  • Develop strategies to retain users and drive product adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional features or products based on user needs and behaviour.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Use competitive insights to inform product strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in managing user lifecycle or customer journey initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with user research, A/B testing, and user analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to think strategically while managing the details of day-to-day execution.
  • Self-motivated, with a passion for creating user-centred products that deliver real value.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to Change: Agile and adaptable in a fast-evolving landscape.
