Sensormatic Solutions is the leading global retail solutions portfolio of Johnson Controls powering operational excellence at scale and enabling smart and connected shopper engagement.
In this role, you will teach technical courses on Software House and American Dynamics Platforms and work with team members on material improvement, custom solutions for customer concerns.
You wil also perform migrations, redundancy and system implementations of the core products.
Perform Trainings remotely and in-classroom settings.
Setup Virtual environments to perform classroom trainings and migrations
Interface with Sales and System Integrators for technical project conditions that may be required within the specific projects.
Assist Sales Engineering in feature demonstrations of the products.
Required
Knowledge of Information Technology background required
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills and sense of urgency
Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, working remotely with minimal supervision and high level of attention to detail
Ability to be a team player at all levels of Johnson Controls and customer organizations
Ability to travel about 50% throughout the assigned United States
Excellent written & verbal communications
Microsoft Office, database, spreadsheet and presentation software proficiency.
Knowledge of CCURE 9000 and American Dynamics victor is preferred.
