Private Equity Associate (For Active Pooling)

Responsibilities

• Participate in due diligence and financial analysis of potential investments.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify investment opportunities and potential risks.
• Prepare investment memos and present findings and recommendations to senior team members.
• Support senior team members in all aspects of transaction execution, including negotiating deal terms and finalizing legal documents.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and provide ongoing support to management teams.
• Participate in fundraising activities and develop investor relations materials.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify new investment opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
