In the role of a Learning and Development Manager (f/m/x), your role in helping us achieve our mission will be to support the People of Sidekick in doing an excellent job while growing professionally by supporting their growth with training or other on the job ways of growing. This requires working closely with the People & Culture team, management and teams of the company to understand the training needs and find ways to meet them.

Das erwartet dich bei uns

As a Learning & Development Manager you will

  • be responsible for planning and organizing internal and external training and coaching to ensure that our employees have sufficient technical, methodological and personal skills.
  • be developing and maintaining our e-learning platform as well as creating and supporting the creation of training materials for the various teams within the company,
  • support the People Partners in identifying and analyzing the further training and development needs of employees and recommending appropriate measures that support the achievement of the company goals,
  • create internal processes and policies and maintain them
  • take care of training documentations,
  • help form performance management features in the software we use.
