About the Role
A creative agency is seeking a versatile, mid-level visual designer to join their team on a flexible, near-full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades with expertise across web design, video production, UI design, and animation. This role requires someone who can take ownership of creative output, execute projects, coordinate with other creatives, and maintain high-quality standards for video and ad content. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including transcreation for multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute creative projects across various mediums including web, video, UI, and animation
- Take ownership of creative output and ensure consistently high quality in all deliverables
- Coordinate with other creatives and team members to achieve project goals
- Participate in daily standups and maintain clear communication with the team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mid-level visual designer with a diverse skill set
- Proficiency in web design, video production, UI design, and animation
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across various design disciplines
- Excellent eye for detail and commitment to high-quality output
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
