What you will do in this role

As an French-speaking Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d)Social Media Support  in our team you will:

  • Handle customer enquiries and requestsand respond to them according to need and situation.
  • Communicate with customers via different channels (e.g. phone, mail or chat) toensure an optimal customer experience.
  • Dealing with the customer's various concerns regarding their social media account, marketing measures and their advertising effectiveness and offering them the right solution.
  • Provide individual product advice that not only generates orders, but also fulfills the real needs of our customers.
  • Once the customer is happy,document the interaction in the customer database.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Areproficient or bilingual in Frenchin speech and writing.
  • Also have agood command of written and spoken English.
  • Areservice-orientated and communicativeand are able to meet customers at eye level in a friendly and pleasantmanner.
  • Are interested in social media, online media or digital marketing.
  • Canflexibly cover the service hours(Monday – Sundayfrom 08am – 11pm), which are staffed using a rotating multi-shift system.
  • Are confident in using a PC.
  • Are a German resident. Unfortunately, applicants from Saxony, Hessen, Saarland and Hamburg cannot be considered. .
  • Can fulfil the requirements for a remote workplace. 
  • Are willing to continuously expand your skills.

Ideally you already have:

  • Experience in customer service
  • A recognised qualification and experience in customer service support.
