We are seeking to hire freelance Game Translators and Proofreaders for a short-term contract lasting one month. The role involves post-editing machine translations and/or proofreading for an exciting, story-rich action RPG, MMORPG
- Working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM Jordan time.
- The translation tasks will be performed using our MemoQ cat - Experience with MemoQ is a must.
- Comprehensive translation guidelines and a term base will be provided to support your work.
- For Translators, the daily word count target is set at 2,500-3,000 words and or Proofreaders, it's 5,000-6,000 words.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in translation, preferably in the context of mobile games.
- Ability to effectively post-edit machine-translated content to ensure accuracy, coherence, and natural language flow.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain the quality and consistency of translations.
- Capable of meeting deadlines and working within a specified time frame.
