MGT is seeking an essential leader to represent, promote, and grow the local government and education staff augmentation division within the Human Capital Operating Group. This leader will be an exceptional addition to the company’s leadership team and play an important role in the company’s remarkable journey of growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

In this role you will:

  • Responsible for division sales, financial performance and other targets
  • Lead the development of the project strategy, deliverable planning, work plans, and status reports through entire project life cycle
  • Lead client meetings, initiate client contacts and conduct presentations
  • Forge strong relationships within the Human Capital Solutions Operating Group, in addition to shared resources across the company
  • Represent the division and partner with other leaders across the enterprise
  • Engage and influence leaders across large public-sector organizations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required or equivalent relevant experience accepted
  • Five (5) or more years of professional experience developing and delivering top-line revenue growth and a plan for profitability
  • Ten (10) or more years of professional experience in staffing industry
  • Knowledge of the local government agencies and jurisdictions and educational districts, particularly (K-12)
  • Experience managing a matrixed team of individuals with varying skill sets
  • Strong leadership skills, including people development, team building, and conflict management
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and financial skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience working and building relationships with client executives and with external stakeholders
  • Ability to travel depending on the sales cycle and client needs and attending conferences and events
  • Experience with Project Management software
  • Experience using data collection and statistical research tools such as Qualtrics or SPSS
  • Experience constructing and analyzing large scale databases and development of data models to support predictive analytics
