A dynamic leader to be the SPM Program Manager and overall enterprise representative for our ServiceNow SPM module. You will drive product strategy and will implement SPM capabilities and processes to be utilized across our enterprise IT department. This pivotal role will interact with all levels across the department including the most senior levels of the IT organization.
The SPM Program Manager will maximize the value of the SPM module. Liaises with stakeholders and the platform team and serves as the team’s primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
