• Promote and ensure the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management

systems are implemented and adhered to;

• Develop, implement and monitor progress of construction plans in respect of time, cost and quality;
• Monitor construction work for compliance with engineering design specifications, client standards

and statutory regulations;

• Review and appraise contractors/sub-contractors plans and schedules;
• Identify contract variations, in particular, negotiate minor variations or additional work within overall

scope of projects;

• Participation in tender preparation and review;
• Reporting on all facets of project performance as directed and required;
  · Develop individual and team competence.
