Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:

    • Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive experience and preserving our brand’s reputation.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, document management, and updating customer records.
    • Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on customer feedback, order status, and relevant metrics.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely resolution of issues.
  • Email Management:
  • Monitor and manage the company email inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Organize and prioritize emails, flagging urgent issues and delegating tasks as appropriate.
  • Light Social Media Management:
  • Monitor and moderate comments and messages on the company’s social media platforms.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media, maintaining a positive and engaging brand presence.
  • Client Outreach:
    • Contact clients regarding negative reviews, refunds, or returns to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Follow up on customer feedback, ensuring necessary actions are taken to address concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar customer support/administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
  • Proficiency in email systems; experience with Richpanel is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online customer service tools is an advantage.
