We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist who has a deep understanding of the entire Google ecosystem. Join our team and bring your extensive experience in managing high-budget campaigns, especially in the Ecommerce sector. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (including GA4), and product feed management. Your focus will be on maximizing profitability, ensuring accurate tracking, and analyzing data to optimize campaign performance.
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients, with a focus on Ecommerce brands. Ensure campaigns are efficiently structured to drive profitability and achieve client goals.
Implement and supervise tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and other relevant tools. Ensure accurate attribution of ad performance and provide insights into tracking issues.
Supervise the setup and optimization of product feeds to ensure precise and effective ad targeting.
Analyze campaign performance regularly and generate detailed reports for clients. Utilize data to suggest and implement optimizations that enhance ROI.
Collaborate closely with internal team leads, especially those specialized in Meta advertising, to ensure a cohesive strategy across all advertising platforms.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the profitability of campaigns. Adjust strategies as necessary to align ad spend with client goals and budget limitations.
Clearly communicate campaign performance, challenges, and opportunities to clients. Offer expert advice on enhancing their overall digital advertising strategy.
Handle ad budgets and ensure efficient allocation of funds, scaling campaigns appropriately based on performance.
Assist in daily profit tracking using Google Sheets to ensure accurate monitoring of campaign success.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and related tools. Implement best practices to maintain high campaign performance.
Proven expertise as a Google Ads Specialist, particularly within the Ecommerce sector.
Comprehensive understanding of the complete Google Suite, including Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Merchant Centre (GMC).
Track record of successfully managing substantial budgets and optimizing campaigns to maximize profitability. Budgets exceeding $10,000 AUD per month.
In-depth knowledge of product feed management and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve feed-related issues.
Proficient in data analysis, with the capability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data.
Familiarity with tracking solutions and proficient in diagnosing and resolving tracking issues.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively explain complex concepts.
Proficiency in project management and team communication tools, such as Notion, ClickUp, and Slack.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
Understanding of daily profit tracking and experience in managing profitability metrics.
Familiarity with Meta advertising and its integration with Google Ads strategies.
