Job Role

We’re seeking a Commercial and Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in this exciting new position. In this role, you’ll take a leading role in launching our commercial offerings and providing back-office solutions to our businesses, allowing them to focus on organisational growth and impact.

As an experienced marketing professional, you’ll leverage your skills to shape and drive advocacy strategies and campaigns, giving us a competitive edge. Your key responsibilities will involve supporting our start-up-style organisation, ensuring we meet ambitious five-year growth targets through effective marketing support.

Being an excellent communicator is essential—you’ll simplify complex concepts and thrive in the digital landscape. This rewarding role allows you to use your expertise to influence, support, and enhance our reputation while contributing your unique experiences to our success.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range £60,000 to £65,000 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Location: Flexible Remote Working
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30 am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and deliver major business project Go-To-Market plans and execute them effectively.
  • Develop and implement internal and external communications (including advertising, promotional, and public relations initiatives) aligned with business strategy.
  • Leverage current customers to support growth within their sectors and more widely to create a growing portfolio of profitable customers.
  • Implement and analyse competitive and commercial account marketing plans tailored to specific organisations/sectors.
  • Manage the budget and execution of Commercial Account Marketing Plans in collaboration with Sales team.
  • Review and suggest opportunities in sectors and services, identifying growth potential with a commercial mindset.
  • Support Sales and Marketing Teams in account planning and commercial drivers during sell-in presentations.
  • Work with the leadership team to put in place key marketing tracking and conversion metrics.
  • Contribute to the development and adoption of innovative marketing principles and practices across the company.
  • Collaborate with marketing analysts and channel partners to develop test-and-learn agendas and best practices that optimise marketing and content effectiveness.

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Business, MBA, Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Communications, or Education.
  • Desired skills include experience in managing return on investment objectives, CRM and email marketing skills.
  • At least five years’ relevant marketing experience.
  • Previous experience working in business-to-business markets desirable.
