Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Growth Manager EMEA will optimize digital marketing efforts to enhance our online presence, accelerate customer acquisition, and maximize engagement. This role will oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEA, social & paid media, email marketing, and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, experience managing cross-channel campaigns to foster growth, and a passion for leveraging data to make informed marketing decisions.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Marketing analytics & reporting: Set up, manage, and report on Google Analytics 4 for ormco.eu and sparkaligners.com and set up Tag Manager, focusing on European countries to understand user behavior across domains. Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts to drive growth.
- Email campaigns & automation: Maintain and optimize the HubSpot database to ensure data accuracy and effective segmentation, integrating it with DTX, CRM, and Cvent to streamline processes and improve communication. Create and implement automated email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers, while enhancing email UX to boost engagement and conversions.
- SEM, social and paid media: Implement and manage SEO strategies for ormco.eu and sparkaligners.com to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Plan and execute search engine advertising (SEA) campaigns for B2B and B2C to increase visibility and conversion rates. Develop and execute social media strategies with the Digital Marketing Manager EMEA to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Manage paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring effective targeting and ROI to drive traffic and conversions.
- Lead funnel and cross-departmental collaboration: Develop and implement strategies to capture, nurture, and convert leads through a structured marketing funnel. Support Branding and Digital Marketing Managers and the Business Analytics team with ad-hoc projects to drive overall company growth.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on growth strategies and cross-channel campaign management.
- Proven experience with SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing, and marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience with automated email campaigns, social media, and paid media strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong organizational skills and experience in the medical device or healthcare industry are a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
