Job Summary
The function sits at a critical juncture in the supply chain and impacts both the bottom-line and the top-line of the business. It involves running a warehouse in line with operational best practices and constraints put on by business and resources. It also involves strategic, tactical and operational collaboration with stakeholders within and outside the organization to ensure revenue maximization and loss minimization for optimum business health.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives
- Looking after the whole of E-commerce including social media & online sales activities for a company engaged in Electronics especially in US market
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support
- Oversee the planning and execution of all online marketing initiatives, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve Objective Key Results (OKR)
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Must have proven experience of creating Google Merchant account from scratch
- At least 5 years of experience in US E-commerce market with a proven track record of success
- Knowledge about Q/A, PPC, PM
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools
- In-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly creative, with the ability to think outside the box and conceptualize innovative marketing campaign
