Newton Media Ltd, a leading publisher of business-to-business magazines and digital content, is seeking an Experienced Marketing Administrator to join the Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all the key administration functions of the marketing department.
You will consider attention to detail a key measure of success, have unbeatable organisational skills, and the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders of all levels in a professional and friendly manner. The capability to thrive under pressure will ensure success in this role, as working on multiple projects simultaneously will be required.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receive marketing copy from senior marketers and other key stakeholders
- Upload into the relevant system (Mailchimp or Sharpspring)
- Send email test to key stakeholders and senior marketers
- Manage and execute necessary changes and amends to emails
- Get approval for email sign off
- Build and maintain landing pages and automation functions in Sharpspring and Mailchimp
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need
- Experience of email sending tools including Mailchimp
- Experience of using and maintaining data in CRM
- Experience working in B2B publishing or events
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Matric Grade 12 minimum
- Marketing qualification preferred, but not essential
