They are seeking remote talent to contribute to their critical campaign efforts. They are looking for individuals passionate about making a difference and have the skills to support their mission from afar. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the team in California, assisting with various aspects of their campaign, from public outreach to digital content creation. Your contributions will help them effectively communicate our message, engage the community, and drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and liaise with volunteers, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate campaign events, including logistics.
  • Maintain accurate supporter lists, databases, and campaign documentation.
  • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Conduct research to support campaign initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on outreach, marketing, and PR materials.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and deadlines effectively.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication professionally.
  • Ensure office management and supply organization.
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned, adapting to evolving needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in campaign strategy development and execution.
  • Strong skills in volunteer and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in event planning and logistical coordination.
  • Excellent data management and documentation abilities.
  • High proficiency in English, with strong writing and communication skills.
  • Expertise in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to conduct research and present findings effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Benefits

Job Type: 3 months contract-based

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 60 hours / per week. Pacific Time.

Salary: $700 - $800 / per month
