As a Marketing & Automation Specialist you will play a crucial role in automating and integrating systems, facilitating smooth operations, maintaining websites, and enhancing marketing efforts using AI tools. Basic social media management will also be part of your responsibilities.

  • Automation & Integrations: Design, implement, and manage automation processes and system integrations to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Operations Facilitation: Support and facilitate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and operational excellence.
  • Website Maintenance: Oversee and maintain the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and functionality is optimal.
  • Marketing Enhancement: Leverage AI tools to optimize marketing efforts and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Social Media Management: Handle basic social media management tasks to maintain an engaging online presence.
  • Real Estate Experience: Bonus points for experience in the real estate industry, which can provide valuable insights and advantages in our marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in marketing automation, system integrations, and website maintenance. Real estate experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with various automation tools, AI applications, and CRM systems.
  • Social Media: Understanding of social media management and engagement strategies.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proactive: Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
