Work closely with the Asset Coordinator on delivery schedules and Asset quality standards in close collaboration with the CG Supervisors and Leads.
Work closely with the Production Manager and Asset Coordinator to evaluate the Surfacing and Rigging bids and/or project estimations as the production develops.
Collaborate with the Art director, Departmental Leads, and CG Supervisor(s) to ensure every asset is stress tested and meets the brief. QC the Assets (Characters, Sets, and Props) published from rigging and look-dev!
Collaborate with the CG Supervisor and Production Manager and cross-verify the ShotGrid to ensure the right assets and versions are being used.
Troubleshooting cross-departmental issues focusing on Asset-related concerns is getting addressed along with any inefficiencies. Document tools, codes, and workflow and train creative staff on those processes.
Work closely with Production Manager, CG Supes, Pipeline Team or Pipeline Supervisor to illustrate project requirements and ongoing needs and help set up tasks as needed in ShotGrid and Server.
