BIM Coordinator

ODE CONSULTANTS is a reputable engineering firm that is known for providing top-notch services to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, ensuring the successful implementation of BIM workflows and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall implementation of BIM workflows and protocols across projects. -
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to establish and maintain project-specific BIM standards. -
• Oversee and coordinate the development and maintenance of BIM models for various disciplines using software like Autodesk Revit. -
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. -
• Perform clash detection and resolve any conflicts between different systems within the BIM models. -
• Review and verify construction drawings and documentation for compliance with project requirements. -
• Provide training and support to project team members to enhance their understanding and proficiency in BIM workflows. -
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and practices. -
• Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models and associated documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. -
• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar role. -
• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or Bentley Systems software. -
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, protocols, and standards. -
• Ability to interpret and analyze architectural and engineering drawings and specifications. -
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. -
• Effective communication and collaboration skills. -
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. -
• Experience with clash detection software and coordination with other disciplines. -
• Professional certifications in BIM, such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP), are a plus.
