The Role:
We are offering an exciting one-year contract role for a Senior-level Software/Digital Project Manager to join us on a part-time or full-time basis. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work closely with a culturally diverse team of developers, UX designers, and fellow Project Managers. Your role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver software projects on time and within budget while ensuring exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client meetings to communicate progress, review priorities, and resolve support requests.
- Create and maintain project documentation and plans.
- Facilitate daily team meetings, identify impediments, and drive resolutions.
- Motivate the team to deliver high-quality work on time.
- Oversee the estimation process and continuously monitor budgets.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and conduct user acceptance testing.
- Contribute to process improvements and write blog posts.
Requirements
About You:
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- At least 5 years of project management experience in consultancy or agency, ideally within digital or software environments.
- 10+ years of related work experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varied workloads.
- An interest in technology and a willingness to learn.
- Experience working with culturally diverse, fully remote teams is a plus.
