first experience in providing technical support
completed studies in IT area, eg. Computer Science, or education and courses
fluent English and willingness to communicate with international colleagues and clients
programming skills (ability to read and understand the code) and knowledge of SQL, XML, XSL, JSON, CSV and ideally are already familiar with web-based applications configuration (HTTP/SOAP/REST/FTP)
knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g. Kibana)
experience in similar position in technical support
analytical mind with the ability to interpret technical solutions and communication competencies towards internal and external customers
the possibility to work in a hybrid working model with the combination of office time and working from home

providing best possible 2nd level support for technical inquiries, this includes technical processes questions, system failures, software bugs, or performance issues
challenging tasks in analyzing the behavior of technical systems and steering internal effort to resolve issues that are occurring for customers
performing minor enhancements or configuration changes of existing customer’s systems
monitoring of the performance of our platforms and react to relevant incidents
sharing your knowledge and help your junior colleagues to grow their technical skills as well as their communication abilities
closely collaborating with an experienced and diverse international team, which shares your excitement of a successful support case and is there for you on your side
