The Senior Customer Support Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible
1. Responsible for assign installation base -installation, PM, modification, breakdowns, LIS issue, instrument maintenance training, timely PM kit and parts ordering and return excess spare parts. Call logging and debriefing in SM software. Timely escalate unresolved call and resolve with the help of technical team, travelling within the territory and available to travel in short notice for emergency.
2. Maintains excellent customer relationship, specifically with his/her directly assigned accounts.
3. Adheres to Danaher policies procedures and standards.

Diploma or Graduation- Electrical/Electronics/ Biomedical Engineering (Any subjects with electrical and electronics in curriculum)
Experience along with Background and functional Knowledge
Three + years on any type of with Basic experience on In-Vitro Diagnostics Equipment (Hematology, Chemistry, or Immunoassay), Should have knowledge of Networking and Interface related issues, MS -office, Teams, Networking
Good written and verbal communication skills.
