Location: Homebased, with occasional travel within the West Midlands

VIVO are currently recruiting for a P2P Team Leader to oversee our homebased P2P Finance Team of 11.
You will be supervising the team and their workload, ensuring all work is processed to a high quality within the set timescales.
As part of your duties, you will be responsible for the team in such ways as; managing and distributing workloads, conducting 1-1s, ensuring the team is kept up to date through weekly and monthly meetings, conducting disciplinaries and PIP’s as necessary, and ensuring the team are meeting all targets and KPIs.
You will also be interacting with internal and external stakeholders, dealing with supplier enquiries, and dealing with escalations as necessary. As well as working with the offshore accounts payable team, you will be supporting the wider finance business partners in dealing with enquiries, creating PO reports and conducting month end tasks ensuring that works are being dealt with in set time scales and to a high quality. You will be responsible for all reporting within the team.
First and foremost, you must be an experienced supervisor or team leader with a background in P2P finance or accounts payable. You will be confident and approachable, with experience in mentoring and coaching team members but also be happy to get involved with the day to day workload and processes of the team. Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
It is important that you have excellent Excel, data analysis, reporting and presentation preparation skills.
Due to the vetting requirements you must be able to pass BPSS Clearance.
