About the role:

As a AWS Solution Architect you will join an international team. We are looking for an highly certified architect with deep cross-vendor domain knowledge, able to work externally with partners, vendors and end customers to develop complex and bespoke technology solutions

What you'll do:

• Helps define appropriate multi-technology solutions to meet customer needs by engaging with end users and resellers.

• Responsible for project management of internal and external (vendor and partner) resources in delivering complex, multi-vendor technical solutions to end users

• Some support of internal and external sales teams to deliver technical quotes in line with defined service level agreements (SLA’s)

• Develop and manage customer relationships with appropriate contacts.

• Deliver sales and technical enablement training internally to TD SYNNEX sales teams or externally to the reseller base (not a core competency)

• Respond to queries or customer care issues in a timely manner

• Deal with daily product/solution design requests from internal/external sales and resellers

• Utilize the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to support sales activity and improve partner utilization rates

What we're kindly looking for:

• 4 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.

• Excellent level of English

• Experience creating SOWs and Project Plans

• Certified in AWS and optionally other cloud platforms

• Previous experience working with development and product management teams

• Comfortable learning and creating content for workshops, main stage events, and in-depth enablement sessions
