What you bring
- Experience:
- Experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a related role, preferably within the HR technology or SaaS industry.
- Experience managing complex RFPs and working with cross-functional teams.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple RFPs simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in RFP automation tools such as Loopio, RFPIO, and AI-based tools like ChatGPT.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Personal Attributes:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage RFP Process:
- Lead the end-to-end RFP process, from initial request to final submission.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content library, leveraging inputs from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Ensure all RFP responses are of the highest professional quality, tailored to the client's requirements and showcase our solutions effectively.
- Content Development and Management:
- Collaborate with SMEs to create, enrich, and maintain high-quality RFP content.
- Integrate automated tools, such as ChatGPT, to enhance content generation and organization.
- Regularly update and refine the content library to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities for team members involved in the RFP process.
- Work closely with the Solutions Consulting team, Sales, Product and Product Marketing, Legal, Finance, and other departments to gather necessary information and approvals.
- Coordinate and lead meetings to ensure alignment and progress on RFP responses.
- Go/No-Go Decision Making:
- Develop and implement criteria for Go/No-Go decisions on RFPs.
- Assess the viability and strategic fit of potential RFPs in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations on whether to pursue or decline RFP opportunities.
- Process Improvement and Automation:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate the RFP process using advanced tools and technologies.
- Implement and manage RFP automation tools, such as Loopio, RFPIO, and ChatGPT.
- Continuously monitor and improve the RFP process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and other key stakeholders on RFP progress and outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and reports on RFP activities and success metrics.
- Training and Support:
- Train and support team members on RFP processes, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure all relevant teams are equipped to handle RFP-related tasks independently when necessary.

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $40,850 USD to $91,900 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
