We are seeking a dynamic and experienced growth marketer to join our B2B healthtech company. As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth for our company's products and services.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Work with the product team to develop and launch new features and products that drive growth.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve user experience.
Craft compelling copy for our website and landing pages that resonates with our target audiences, driving engagement and conversions.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to improve our marketing efforts.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and other online marketing strategies.
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to develop messaging and campaigns that drive leads and conversions.
Monitor and report on marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in growth marketing for B2B companies, preferably in the healthtech industry and/or in emerging or frontier markets.
Experience using SQL to query and analyze data.
Proven ability to write persuasive and impactful copy for digital platforms, particularly websites and landing pages.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Hubspot, Zapier, and at least one product analytics platform, preferably Posthog.
Familiarity with Retool and/or Metabase is also a plus.
These tools will be critical to your success in the role, as you will be expected to use them regularly to analyze data and optimize marketing campaigns.
Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and other online marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
