Meet the team:
Join our Diabetes Division as the Dexcom Territory Business Manager (TBM) for Brisbane and play a crucial role in promoting our Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) products. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional service, and supporting healthcare professionals across both public and private sectors. We're looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those with diabetes and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Where you come in:
- You will promote Dexcom products directly to consumers and healthcare professionals to ensure sales growth and excellent service.
- You will provide technical expertise and support to healthcare professionals and consumers regarding Dexcom products.
- You will offer education and training at targeted clinics, including General Practice, Primary and Specialty care, Clinical Nurse Consultants/Managers, Community Health Centres, and Allied Healthcare Workers.
- You will influence general practitioners, physicians, diabetes education nurses, and other healthcare professionals to prescribe Dexcom products to their patients.
- You will train healthcare professionals on the clinical benefits of Dexcom products and their integration into diabetes practices.
- You will onboard new Dexcom users and provide outstanding customer support.
- You will represent Dexcom at trade shows and diabetes exhibits to promote products to the diabetes community.
- You will partner with Diabetes Territory Business Managers and other departments to drive territory sales growth.
- You will implement Dexcom strategies and monitor progress towards sales goals using Dexcom analytical tools.
- You will manage the territory efficiently, ensuring cost-effective travel and business-related expenditures.
- You will complete all administrative requirements promptly as directed by management.

Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a related role, preferably in Diabetes/Medical Device sales.
- Healthcare/Science background with previous medical and/or pharmaceutical sales experience and a high sales success rate.
- Experience in the sales industry, preferably within the medical/healthcare sector.
- Current Driver’s License and Working with Children’s Check.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Unrestricted work rights within Australia.
