Participate in user research and user testing activities to gather insights and inform design decisions.
work independently in the creation of service design deliverables, such as user journey maps, service blueprints, and prototypes.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in service design and related fields.
Help develop and refine service design methodologies and processes.
Support the development of design presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.
Proven experience in user research and/or design thinking methodologies and/or product design 1-3 years
Broad knowledge in own discipline and other disciplines within the function
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects and manage time effectively.
Certification in Design thinking or service design an advantage
At least Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Finance or similar
