Position: Media Buyer
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM EST
Salary Range: $900 - $1,800/ month (Depending on the years of experience, interview result and the client's approval)
As Media Buyer at one of our clients, you’ll work closely with our Head of Growth and CEO to own paid advertising strategy and execution across our acquisition channels.
You’ll start by taking over management of our fast-scaling Meta accounts — auditing performance, working with creative agencies, and optimizing bids, budgets and creative for peak efficiency as we rapidly scale.
Over time, you’ll expand paid efforts across new horizons like Google, Native, and Reddit; continually testing and analyzing data to help us discover the right prospects repeatedly – keeping us on track to serve 10 million fellas by end of 2028.

- Optimize existing Meta campaigns:
- Manage: Take over management of existing paid campaigns across our Meta Ad Accounts. Maintaining our current performance levels as a minimum.
- Analytics: Take ownership of campaign analytics and reporting to assess attribution and ROI. Surface insights to inform budget allocation decisions.
- Test: Run A/B tests on new audiences, creatives, landing pages, and other variables to continually lift campaign efficiency. Apply learnings across accounts.
- Manage creative agency relationships - Oversee day-to-day creative needs and feedback loops with contracted agencies to ensure delivery of high-performing ad creative and landing pages. Be the key conduit for translating performance data and optimization opportunities.
- Sales pipeline collaboration - Work closely with the Sales Lead to sync ad targeting and messaging with the profiles that will fill their call pipeline. Tailor campaign goals to hit key sales metrics like calls booked.
- In the near future
- Expand and pioneer new paid channel frontiers - Experiment with existing and emerging paid platforms like Google Ads, Reddit, Quora, and TikTok. Be an early adopter of new high-potential placements, ad formats, and targeting tactics.
Requirements
Need to have
- Meta Ads mastery: 5+ years successfully managing and optimizing high-budget Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns to drive stellar ROAS.
- Paid channel breadth: Strong working knowledge beyond Meta including Google Ads, YouTube, Native, etc. Comfortable expanding efforts across emerging channels.
- Analytical rigor: Strong problem-solving, reporting, critical thinking and financial analysis skills - connecting campaign data to decisions and planning.
- Testing expertise: Methodical and creative A/B testing abilities across targeting, creative, landing pages, and ad formats.
- Cross-channel perspective: Holistic view coordinating paid strategies and insights across channels and teams for total marketing optimization.

- Emerging channel experience: Background identifying and optimizing next big opportunities like TikTok, in-game ads, streaming ads etc.
- Dynamic optimization: Comfortably shift priorities and plans based on new data. Gracefully handle uncertainty.
- eCommerce affinity: Experience optimizing for direct response / sales KPIs. Tie campaigns to customer acquisition and CLV.
