Core Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer service calls

  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent customer service

  • Drive customer satisfaction through voice while providing empathy and offering helpful solutions

  • Ongoing training and skill development

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with technical customer service an asset

  • Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customers

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Must pass a background check
