Receive and process electronic plans (PDFs) and emails from builders
Set up new jobs in the company’s system
Organize and file documentation related to building approvals
Complete and submit forms to local authorities and government agencies
Follow up on missing or incomplete documentation
Assist with data entry for Bureau of Statistics information collection
Manage and update client information in the company database
Resubmit corrected forms when errors are identified by local authorities
Requirements:
Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office suite
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good written communication skills in English
Basic understanding of PDF handling and file management
Familiarity with online form submission processes
Scope:
Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
Work independently on assigned tasks within given deadlines
Communicate effectively with team members via email
