- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant remote work experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology particularly in LMS or Training Portal Administration
- With a-deep background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management skills
- Effective interpersonal and professional skills engaging with other member of the team, vendors and partners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional skills interacting with staff and managers
- Outstanding English communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Adept and proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Google Workspace
- Proficiency in office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
- Flexible and can work any hour of the day
- Superior discretion and confidentiality
- With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or fiber) and with internet backup
