What You Will Do

As a Research Data Coordinator, you will help support the work of the IHTC’s research team by providing data entry support, in addition to other administrative support as needed and able by the department.

This role is designed to be a temporary position, with exact timelines to be determined between the successful candidate and IHTC’s research department.

The Opportunity

  • Provide data entry support to IHTC’s CDC Registry Initial, Subsequent, and Registry COVID-19 forms. Specifically:
    • Submitting forms to the ATHN Study Manager
    • Data entry into Clinical Manager, as needed
    • Reviewing EMR data to find the needed information for form completion
  • Review CDC Registry enrollment log in RedCap to determine what forms need to be completed and make the necessary changes within RedCap
  • Manage receipt of CDC Registry study results, including:
    • Removing study subjects’ ID number and replacing with full name
    • Uploading updated results to EMR

This position is designed to be a fully-remote role.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in related field required; Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience required
  • Familiarity with clinical research registry studies preferred; familiarity with ATHN-specific registry studies strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with EMR systems strongly preferred

Our center has more than 50 clinical research projects involving bleeding disorders, sickle cell disease, thrombosis and more.
