Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the vital link between our clients and our technical team. This role offers a unique blend of customer service excellence and industry-specific knowledge. You’ll handle diverse inquiries about building certification processes, manage client communications, and contribute to the smooth operation of our certification services. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in the construction and certification field while honing your customer service skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate and helpful information about our building certification processes and services
- Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal team members
- Document and update customer interactions in our company’s system to ensure seamless service
- Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service, supporting the overall efficiency of our certification process
- Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels through efficient and friendly service
- Help streamline communication between clients and our technical staff
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong proficiency in basic computer operations, including typing and familiarity with email and call handling software
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and skill in prioritizing tasks effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
