Position: Product Designer

Salary Range: 1,200-1,800

Location: Fully remote, Only for LATAM

Working Hours: Full-time, 9AM- 5PM EST

Language: Professional proficiency in English level C1 is required.

Type of contract: Independent Contractor Agreement.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Work directly with CEO/Founder to deeply understand product values and concept
• Collaborate in real-time on designs and quickly mockup ideas
• Independently think through user journeys and elaborate on designs
• Add details and micro-interactions to support users with clear UI and interaction patterns, always with the goal of reducing opportunities for confusion
• Make prototypes in Figma or elsewhere to demonstrate UI/UX concepts
• Organize and document designs such that they are dev-ready and functionality is clearly communicated to developers
• Work closely with developers to improve product through collaboration and ensure products are built to spec

• Primary Tool: Figma

• Rive or other motion tools
• Experience:
• 3-5 years in relevant roles
