You will be responsible for:

  • Create and manage assets for global campaigns (such as web pages, emails, databases and journeys)
  • Design, build and analyse nurturing workflows according to segmentations
  • A/B testing and optimization for webpages, emails and journeys
  • Supporting the digital execution, system setup and reporting on marketing events
  • Manage databases and provide insights on segmentation and reach.
  • Conduct advisory on best practices and recommendations for campaigns with global marketers
  • Manage assigned projects and tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Provide results and expect feedback on processes and projects.
  • Follow guidelines and take decisions independently while keeping track and reporting progress on each project.
  • Run quality assurance projects for CMS and CRM
  • Liaise with other colleagues in the same team to provide feedback to teams.

What you need to have:

  • BA in Digital Communications, Web Design, Marketing, Communication or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience using digital marketing tools (similar to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Site Improve, Adobe analytics, Conductor, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Understanding of Project Management and use of tools for this purpose (Wrike, Adobe Workfront, Asana, Monday, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
