Scope:
Manage communication across multiple phone lines and email accounts
Handle an average of 5-10 calls and 12 emails daily, with higher volumes on weekends
Prepare financial data for handoff to professional bookkeepers and accountants
Assist in streamlining processes and potentially train future team members as the business grows
Work closely with the business owner to understand and meet the evolving needs of the company
Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 11 PM EST with 1 hour unpaid break
Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email for both real estate and short-term rental businesses
Handle bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and cross-referencing bank accounts using Excel
Assist with various software applications used in the vacation rental business, including channel managers and pricing software
Coordinate check-ins and check-outs for short-term rental properties
Provide general administrative support across multiple business lines
Prioritize and manage tasks from different areas of the business
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Excel and basic bookkeeping principles
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems
Customer service oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Flexibility to handle varying workloads, especially during peak times (weekends)
