Develop, implement, and monitor A/B tests and multivariate tests to increase conversion rates.
Conduct thorough user experience research and make data-driven decisions to improve website performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Leverage Google Sheets for tracking and reporting on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and average order value.
Monitor Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, and other e-commerce performance tools to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborative Workflows:
Manage projects through Monday.com boards, ensuring smooth communication and task management across teams.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Customer Journey Improvement:
Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure a seamless user experience across the website.
Continuously optimize the checkout process, user interfaces, and customer touchpoints to reduce friction and increase conversions.
Shopify Management:
Collaborate with the team to optimize Shopify product listings, pages, and overall site performance to improve the shopping experience.
Communication:
Use Slack for daily communication and updates with team members.
Present CRO findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) within an e-commerce environment.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and other CRO tools.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis.
Experience with A/B testing platforms and techniques.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and how they impact conversion rates.
Experience with project management tools like Monday.com or similar.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development is a bonus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
