Job Description

Become an integral part of a mission-driven team dedicated to improving seniors’ health and independence. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and administrative tasks that keep the business running smoothly. You’ll have the opportunity to directly impact the lives of elderly clients while contributing to the company’s growth. Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, patient customer support via phone and email to senior clients and their families
  • Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups for in-home fitness sessions
  • Assist in the implementation and utilization of new CRM systems
  • Handle administrative tasks to support daily business operations
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with fitness professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to improving customer management processes as the company grows


Requirements


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach
  • Proficiency in email and basic office software
  • Quick learner, able to adapt to new CRM systems and technologies
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Reliable self-starter capable of working independently
  • Flexibility to occasionally work weekends or after-hours as needed
  • Interest in health, fitness, or senior care is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service or healthcare-related fields preferred but not required
