Our confidential Client seeks an innovative and strategic Vice President of Global Marketing for Packaging. In this pivotal role, you will drive top-line profitable growth by developing and executing a winning global marketing strategy that aligns with the Client's commitment to sustainability and diversity. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver annual business plans and nurture a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.

Requirements

Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing organization by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. Leverage pricing strategies and best practices to maximize margins and drive growth. Partner with the Talent Leader to cultivate a talent roadmap that empowers team members to actively contribute to growth initiatives.

Demonstrate deep market and solution knowledge by clearly articulating the Client's Protective Packaging offerings, campaigns, and programs. Keep a pulse on industry needs and economic drivers to provide strategic customer insights that strengthen our solutions based on market demand. Promote the adoption of innovations that differentiate the Client as a world-class leader, adding value to our customers' businesses.

Drive profitability improvement by regularly reviewing and enhancing business unit strategies to deliver top-line revenue and profitable growth. Develop and execute a 5-year strategic, performance-based roadmap aligned with the Client's growth goals, nurturing a caring, high-performance, growth culture.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Experience

10+ years of experience in B2B Marketing in a manufacturing company, with exposure to product marketing, premium/value-based products, multiple product lines, and portfolio management with competing priorities, capital expenditure, and innovation and development needs. Experience in marketing both consumables and equipment, successfully tying the two together, is highly desirable. Hands-on leadership experience in implementing CRM, lead generation, and lead nurturing initiatives is essential. Industry experience in packaging is preferred.
