Job Description
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our cutting-edge health assessment service. Working remotely, you’ll manage patient communications, coordinate appointments, and assist with creating detailed health reports. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend administrative expertise with healthcare, supporting a service that’s transforming how people understand and manage their vascular and metabolic health. Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Facilitate clear communication between patients and medical staff
- Assist in preparing comprehensive health assessment reports
- Coordinate medical tests and follow-ups for patients
- Handle sensitive patient information with utmost confidentiality
- Support the lead doctor with various administrative tasks
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and growth of the practice
- Format and execute sending promotional flyers and cards out (Canva)
- General admin ad hoc duties as required by the client
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical administration or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools like Skype
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology (preferred)
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and data protection
- Entry level experience with Canva
