Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative, Spanish-speaking Marketing Analyst to join our Digital Marketing team at Open Education. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing in the influencer’s strategy planning, campaign management, market search, outreach, development of contracts, payments, and any diligence required to close a deal.

This analyst must be energetic and proactive, very organized and detail-oriented. Should have some experience working with influencers and be data driven in order to analyze the success of an influencer marketing campaign and optimize the results. Should be passionate for social media, content creation and understands the importance of influencers in any marketing campaign.

Responsibilities:

  • Research for influencers trending in our key markets.
  • Work closely with other members of the marketing team to develop social media influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Monitoring brand awareness and online reputation developed by influencers campaigns.
  • Research influencers' trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
  • Help the influencer marketing team to communicate with the influencers or their agencies
  • Support the manager working on strategies, monitor and give results of our influencer marketing program based on the company's and marketing goals.
  • Support with the paperwork and contracts regarding the hiring of influencers for our campaigns.
  • Gathering the data from the influencer’s contents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and/or communications preferred.
  • Highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers.
  • Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency at MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Speak, listen, and write basic English at B1 or B2 level.
  • Minimum 2 years of related influencer experience.
