Job Description

• Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives, including analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
• Developing and tracking performance metrics to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
• Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the industry and using this information to inform strategy development.
• Conducting competitive analysis to identify key competitors and developing strategies to outperform them.
• Developing financial models to evaluate the potential impact of different strategic scenarios on the business.
• Managing, developing, and monitoring all ongoing and upcoming processes end-to-end.
• Conducting analyses to enhance the efficiency of processes and developing recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborating with all departments to develop and optimize workflow processes.
• Building strategic partnerships and effectively collaborating cross-functionally to further departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience,
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline,
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills,
• Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English,
• MS Office knowledge and data interpretation skills,
• Team oriented approach to projects that drives collaboration & execution,
• Advanced analytical and quantitative perspective,
• High internal and external customer focus,
• Detail-oriented approach with a strong drive for continuous improvement,
• Ability to act on behalf of the manager and make decisions and represent the organization when necessary.

We are looking for a Project Management Executive for our new brand Bonveno. Bonveno is a new generation retail initiative that offers solutions beyond grocery shopping to its customers. This position will be reporting to Hard Franchise General Manager of Bonveno.

Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in METRO, We're working remotely on Mondays and Fridays. You can work from anywhere on these days!
