Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm California Time for the first 60-90 days, then hours will Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with a 1-hour unpaid break (8 paid hours per day) California Time
Communicating with insurance carriers to obtain status updates and ensure that applications are processed correctly.
Reviewing applications and ensuring they are in good order (compliance and accuracy checks).
Engaging with clients to provide updates, schedule review appointments, and coordinate follow-up meetings.
Managing follow-up appointments to maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
Experience with CRM platforms, especially Go High Level CRM.
Highly Regarded Experience and Knowledge:
Marketing experience-it’s is a plus, but not mandatory.
